You can create events and add all details (contacts, program, menu, etc.) without using a credit. Credits are only consumed when you activate an event to send invitations or use QR code features. Free plan users get 3 events per month that reset each month.
When you purchase credits, they're immediately added to your account and never expire. You can use them right away or save them for future events. Create as many events as you want - credits are only used when you activate an event. If you deactivate an event before sending invitations, the credit is returned to your account.
